Alex Vilanilam Koshy
Environmental Engineer and Fleet Manager with over 25 years of experience with the City of Newark, New Jersey (USA). Founder and former General Secretary of the World Malayalee Council; currently Chairman of the Pravasi Conclave Trust, Kochi. Represents the NRI and diaspora perspective on the Board.
Hari G P
Former Executive Officer, Kochi Metropolitan Transport Authority, and former Additional General Manager (Urban Transport), Kochi Metro Rail Limited. Former member of the Sub-Group on Digital & Clean Mobility, 14th Five-Year Plan, Kerala State Planning Board. Brings practical, real-world experience in developing commercially sustainable public transport models focused on ridership growth, customer engagement and revenue diversification — a strong foundation for the TransRapid inter-city electric bus model.
Binu Varghese
Director, Ernakulam Jilla Autorickshaw Drivers Cooperative Society Ltd. (EJADCS). State-level trade union leader and cooperativist. Played a key role in EJADCS receiving the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Award (2020) for innovations in urban transport during COVID-19.
